Delivery and Shipping Information

Any merchandise purchased from eBedStore will be shipped free of charge to the residence of anyone residing in the Continental United States (not Hawaii or Alaska). *
Most all items are shipped by five to ten business days, and generally take another five to six business days to arrive.
Products too large or heavy to be shipped by either UPS, Fed Ex, or United States Postal Service will be shipped by a freight company.
All merchandise unless otherwise specified will be dropped of at the customer's front door. Optional services are sometimes available at additional charge.**
Any mattress purchase or softside waterbed sent by freight carrier will include inside placement, up two flights of stairs. Optional services are possible at an additional charge. (Please contact one of our customer service operators for details or questions (866) 786-3233).

**Residents that require drivers to walk up more than two flights of steps may be required to pay additional an charge.
