6. Free Shipping: Within the Continental United States (not Alaska or Hawaii), basic shipping is included in the price of the merchandise. For larger Items, most freight companies offer additional service options, at an additional charge. We do not provide international shipping.

7. eBedStore Guarantee: Even though we are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of your order date. An order can be canceled with a full refund as long as it has not been shipped. Once it has been shipped, our return policy is in affect. This policy is good for all merchandise except mattresses (See mattress comfort guarantee). A refund on whichever credit card used will be credited upon our receiving the merchandise, minus the shipping cost (both ways). Please call or email us prior to shipping any merchandise, and we will provide instructions on how and where to ship any items back. All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging, and in like new condition.

8. Mattress Comfort Guarantee: The mattress guarantee is simple. You have 15 nights to try out your mattress, and if you do not like it, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or lesser value. If you wish to upgrade to a more expensive mattress, you will be required to pay the difference. There is a $99.00 charge for any mattress exchange, and only one mattress exchange is allowed for each purchase. This comfort guarantee is limited to mattress and foundations only, and is not available for adjustable beds, futon mattresses, waterbeds, and anything else besides mattress and foundations. This generous exchange option is intended for comfort issues, and is not applicable for exchanging box springs because of height preferences. Please measure your bed so you can select the right box spring height option. There are no refunds on mattress purchases.

Note: There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned Linens (futon covers, sheets, comforters, daybed ensembles...) unless they are defective.
