Softside
Waterbed Heater
The
Calesco Low Watt softside waterbed heater is the easiest softside waterbed
heater to install and use. The built in thermometer means that there
is only one cord to worry about. It is solid state, which means that
it uses a computer chip inside to compute data, instead of a thermometer
switch. The temperature is controlled by a
traditional turn dial, on the thermostat. Everything is permanently
attached, so installation is quick and easy. Includes easy to
use directions. Made in Sweden, and warranted for 5 years.
Softside waterbed heaters are very similar to
conventional Hardside waterbed heaters except that they are a lower wattage
unit. These heaters are designed only for
Softside waterbeds, and never should be used on conventional waterbeds.
Also never install a conventional heater on a Softside waterbed, for risk of
fire of other hazards. As with conventional heaters, never plug in a
heater until the bed is filled completely with water.
Note: Each model has been classified to be magnetic field-free.
